Delivery, Refund & Returns Policy

Delivery

Free standard shipping across Pakistan — no minimum order. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, and up to 7 days for some remote areas. You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. Orders are subject to availability and may occasionally arrive in more than one shipment.

Check Before Payment (PKR 200): on Cash on Delivery orders you can choose our check-before-payment option, which lets you open the parcel and inspect your dress in front of the courier before you pay. Standard pay-first delivery is free.

International orders (e.g. USA, UK, Canada) are available at shipping rates shown at checkout. International orders are card payment only — Cash on Delivery is not available internationally.

If any item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kleren.pk within 5 days of receiving your order with photos.

Returns

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee — including change of mind. To start a return, notify us within 7 days of delivery; returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to sale and discounted items too.

To be eligible, your item must be unused (unwashed, with tags on and in its original packaging). We require your order number or proof of purchase.

Return shipping: if the item is damaged or faulty (including colour bleed or misprint), Kleren covers the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Not returnable: worn, washed, altered, or stitched items, items with tags removed, and custom or stitched-to-order pieces.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only once we receive your returned item and inspect it. Once received, your refund is processed within 2–3 business days (plus any bank processing time). COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit; card/online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order on the same day it is placed. Once an order is shipped or delivered, we are unable to approve a cancellation.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error. To request an exchange, email info@kleren.pk or contact our support team.
