11.11 falls on Wednesday 11 November 2026. It is the single biggest online shopping day in Pakistan — bigger than Blessed Friday, bigger than Eid, bigger than anything except the days either side of it that brands stretch it into.
This guide covers what actually gets discounted, what does not, and how to tell a real 11.11 price from a number that was inflated in October.
What 11.11 is, and why Pakistan cares
11.11 started as Singles' Day in China and became a shopping event because the date is easy to remember and sits in the gap before the year-end holidays. Pakistan adopted it through Daraz, which has run it as its flagship sale since 2017 and has since pulled tens of millions of shoppers into a single day. Once the marketplace made 11.11 a national habit, the clothing brands followed — Gul Ahmed, Sapphire, Khaadi, Alkaram and the rest now all run their own 11.11 campaigns independently of Daraz.
The practical consequence: you do not need to shop on a marketplace to get 11.11 pricing. Brand sites run their own, and brand sites are where you get the actual stock, sizes and returns.
The November sale calendar, in order
- Wednesday 11 November — 11.11. Most brands run it as a 2–4 day window rather than a single day, typically 10–13 November.
- Friday 27 November — Blessed Friday, Pakistan's version of Black Friday. Roughly a fortnight later, usually running the full weekend into Cyber Monday.
- Late December – February — winter and khaddar clearance, when the deepest cuts of the season land.
Those three are close enough together that the stock overlaps heavily. If you miss 11.11, Blessed Friday is sixteen days behind it on largely the same rails.
The thing most 11.11 guides get wrong about lawn
November is not a lawn sale. This trips people up every year. Lawn is a summer cotton, and by November the lawn that is still on brand sites is genuinely leftover — whatever did not sell through the July and August clearances. The selection is thin, the sizes are gapped and the strongest prints went months ago.
What is actually new, full-priced and then discounted in November is winter fabric: karandi, dhanak, khaddar, viscose and linen. Those collections launch September to October, and 11.11 is the first meaningful discount they see.
So the honest advice splits two ways:
- Want lawn? November is a bargain-bin exercise. You will pay very little and choose from very little. The real lawn sale window is July to early September — see our current lawn sale.
- Want winter? 11.11 is the best balance of price and selection you will get all season. December clears deeper, but by then the middle sizes have gone.
How to tell a real 11.11 discount from a fake one
Every sale season produces prices that were raised in advance so they could be cut in public. Four checks, none of which take more than a few seconds:
- Look at the rupee price, not the percentage. "70% off" tells you nothing without the original. A suit at Rs.3,000 after 70% off and a suit at Rs.3,000 after 20% off are the same suit at the same price to you.
- Check 2-piece against 3-piece. A 2-piece is shirt and trouser. A 3-piece adds the dupatta. This is the most common reason two suits look mispriced against each other.
- Check whether the dupatta is embroidered or plain. Most of the real cost difference between two similar-looking suits lives in the dupatta, not the shirt.
- Check the fabric against the season. Paying a winter price for lawn in November means paying for something you cannot wear for four months.
What a 3-piece suit should actually cost in Pakistan
Useful reference points when you are judging an 11.11 price:

Anything meaningfully below the bottom of a band is usually a 2-piece, a plain dupatta, or lighter fabric than the photographs suggest.
Stitching — the cost people forget to add
An unstitched suit is not a finished garment, and the stitching is a real line item. Local tailors run roughly Rs.800–1,500 for something simple, mid-range shops Rs.1,500–3,000, and boutique stitching starts around Rs.3,000. On top of that, tailors are at their busiest in November and December — wedding season — so turnaround stretches exactly when you want the suit.

Practical advice for the day itself
- Build your list in the first week of November. Note the pre-sale prices of what you want. It is the only way to know on the day whether a discount is real.
- Buy the design you actually want early in the window. Popular prints and the M/L sizes go in the first hours, not the last.
- Order stitched if you need it for a date. Tailor queues in November are the longest of the year.
- Check the return terms before you buy. Custom-stitched garments are non-returnable almost everywhere, including here — that is normal for made-to-measure, but know it going in.
